Please inform your housekeeping of all your wants and needs. Please also leave instructions regarding pets, keys, alarms, or any other specific issues related to your home. We appreciate if you will provide our cleaning team with a clutter-free environment. If that environment does not exist, we may not be able to fully complete your clean.
Who will be cleaning my home?
A team of professional housecleaners, trained and employed by Miro's House Cleaning, will clean your home. All of our employees are fully insured and bonded. They will not eat, drink, smoke, or operate any appliances while inside your home.
How much will it cost?
When determining your home cleaning cost we recognize that every home is unique. We base your exact price on many factors including number of rooms, pets, floor types, as well as, the number of people who live there. Call (415) 374-4523 for a free estimate or for more details about our services.
What should I do with my pets?
If you have pets, we ask that you prevent them from entering the areas that we clean. For sanitary and safety reasons, our cleaning professionals are not permitted to clean flea infested homes or pick up animal excrement.
Do I need to provide equipment or supplies?
We provide all cleaning equipment and products. If you have a special cleaning product that you would like for us to use, please be sure to notify us in advance, so that we can properly instruct our team.
Do you send the same cleaners each time?
We do our best to send the same team members to your home, it’s better for everyone. If certain cleaners are unavailable we make sure that your appointment is honored with other members of our wonderful staff.
How do the cleaners gain access to my home?
Just let us know your preference. We are happy to access a lockbox, hold on to a spare key, or obtain keys from the front desk of your building when given permission.
What about the cleaning team’s safety?
The team is instructed not to lift anything weighing over 25 pounds or make use of stepladders or stools. If you would like us to clean behind furniture, please move it in advance of our arrival. If there are any safety hazards in your home like loose flooring or electrical, please let us know in advance so we can be sure the team is aware.
How do you accept payment?
Please pay with checks made out to "Miro's House Cleaning" or with cash. The cleaners never expect gratuities, but would be very happy to receive them.
What happens in case of a late cancellation or lockout?
Because we set our team’s schedules in advance, a late cancellation fee of $75 will be applied to appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the start time. The fee also applies if our cleaners are unable to enter the home. For example, if the resident is not home or we have not been given access in another way.
What if I'm not happy with my house cleaning?
If for any reason you aren't happy with our professional cleaning services, we will come back and clean the specific areas that didn't meet your expectation. Simply notify us within 12-hours of your initial house cleaning. A professional cleaning isn't complete without your satisfaction!
Can you tell me a little more?
A big difference between Miro's House Cleaning and other services is that we pay our team well and make them full-time employees, not contractors. This means our cost is about 70% higher than other services but we think it is the right thing to do. On the other side, we have kept our prices as low as possible for our customers with the intention that we can be a successful company by doing a great job for a lot of customers, rather than trying to widen our margin by reducing pay or protections for our hardworking team. We are truly working to be a better home cleaning company by doing the right thing by both our team and our customers.
